Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll work with you to ensure your gardening experience grows beautifully.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference
  • Additional shipping charges may apply

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Grow Lights & Stands (due to specialized installation requirements)
  • Pest & Disease Controls (for safety and regulatory reasons)
  • Footwear & Clothing (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Any items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Custom or special order items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item.
